ReceiptRoller Inc. explains below how information is handled in connection with OneNym.id inquiries, website use, and service delivery.
This document is available in Japanese and English. The English version is shown here.
1. Operator and scope
OneNym.id is a brand of ReceiptRoller Inc., not a separate legal entity. ReceiptRoller Inc. is the organization responsible for the information described here.
Address: 1535 Kawakami, Iizuna Town, Kamiminochi District, Nagano 389-1226, Japan. Representative: Shohei Shimoda. This notice provides OneNym-specific information; please also refer to the operator’s privacy policy.
Operator’s privacy policy ↗2. Information we receive
Our inquiry form receives your name, email address, subject, message, and agreement to the stated handling of your information. Chat support processes what you submit and the conversation information needed to respond. Do not send confidential records, passwords, API keys, or identity documents.
Technical information such as access time, pages viewed, device and browser details, and IP address may be processed to deliver the website, understand usage, investigate faults, and prevent abuse. The contract portal handles sign-in identifiers and purchase, subscription, and onboarding information.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, discuss and support integrations, verify purchases and contracts, administer access, provide support, and send important operational notices. We also use it to understand website use, improve quality, investigate faults, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Inquiry content is not collected for sale to unrelated third parties for advertising. If a different purpose is needed, we will provide information and follow the procedures required by applicable law.
4. Customer Vault data
Addresses and other personal data submitted to a customer Vault are handled separately from website inquiries. The deployment and individual agreement specify the data, storage location, parties involved, access permissions, processing responsibilities, retention, deletion, and return at termination.
For requests concerning data controlled by a customer, please normally contact that customer. We will route or assist with requests according to our contractual role and applicable law. A proxy ID or encryption does not, by itself, mean information ceases to be personal data.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We use AB Support for inquiry forms and live chat, Google Analytics for website usage analysis, and Microsoft Azure services for hosting and monitoring. Submitted content and technical information are processed according to each service’s role.
We engage service providers within the scope needed for the stated purposes. Disclosure to third parties outside such processing arrangements is limited to cases involving consent or another basis permitted by applicable law.
7. Security measures
Measures depend on the information and processing environment and include encrypted communications, restricted permissions, authentication, anti-forgery controls, and operational records. Purchase-related portal URLs are separated from general marketing pages, with query-string redaction implemented for the relevant telemetry.
Vault encryption, key management, network, and operating controls depend on the agreed deployment. Contact us for information about security measures, excluding details whose disclosure would undermine security.
8. Retention and deletion
Inquiry information is retained only as needed for responses, ongoing discussions, contract administration, and matters such as disputes. Contract records also take account of applicable legal and contractual requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or otherwise appropriately disposed of according to system procedures and backup cycles.
Retention, deletion, and backups for customer Vault data are governed by the individual agreement. Suspending a subscription does not mean every backup is immediately erased.
9. Your requests
Contact us to request notification of purposes, access, correction, addition, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law concerning information we handle. We will verify identity and the information concerned and respond as required by law.
If supporting identity information is necessary, we will explain a suitable method. Do not include identity documents in an initial inquiry. Refer to the operator’s policy and our response for procedures and any applicable disclosure fees.
10. International processing
Technical information and other information may be processed outside Japan depending on service-provider configuration and support arrangements. We do not represent that all website-related processing occurs only in Japan.
Storage regions, access from abroad, and subcontractor conditions for customer data are reviewed during deployment and addressed in the individual agreement. Where international disclosure rules apply, the explanations, checks, and other steps required by applicable law must be followed.
11. Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as services and information handling change and show the updated date. Changes to purposes and changes requiring notice or consent will follow applicable law. Changes to customer-data terms in an individual agreement follow that agreement’s procedures.
12. Contact point
Use the OneNym contact form for questions, requests, or complaints about this notice or personal information handling. A subject such as “Privacy request” will help route your inquiry.
Questions about privacy or these terms?
Use our contact form for requests and questions. Please do not send confidential records or original identity documents through the form.
